We researched available alternatives and liaised with local and international law firms to construct a solution. The client received an outcome which exceeded their best case expectations.

Treasury service

A client with several companies complained of the complexity of managing multiple bank accounts for each business division. We developed and operate a treasury system which manages all accounts on the client's behalf. The client enjoys increased working capital utilisation, substantial labour savings and greatly reduced bank fees. Several other clients have now adopted this solution which has become part of our core service offering.

An international client operating in a heavily regulated industry sought our assistance in managing a complex government inquiry. We managed the client legal representation over the course of 18 months, and helped the client interpret the advice and make practical commercial choices. SharePoint document and collaboration solution

A large franchise client operating in New Zealand required a best practice, scalable email, EDRMS (electronic document and record management system) and collaboration platform to replace their aging open source solution. They did not have any in-house IT resources and required the solution quickly. We designed, built, deployed and migrated them on to a solution based upon Microsoft's Online Service offering (BPOS or Business Productivity Online Suite) painlessly within a matter of months.
